Sautéed Shredded Brussels Sprouts with Leek  

          Preparation and cooking time:   10 minutes
     I'm learning that these little green 'cabbages' are very versatile, and the key to good sprouts is not overcooking.  Shredding, followed by a quick sauté is perfect.
